Mathew is the author of this book. The son of Alpheus and a tax collector, he was one of the 12 disciples who went on to become an apostle.  Dubbed the gospel for the Jews, he traces Jesus’ lineage back to Abraham.

We’re living during a competitive age. The only thing that matters is being in first place. However, Jesus tells us not to worry about our lives. Don’t worry about what to eat, drink, or what to wear. If Jesus takes care of the birds and flowers, He’ll surely take care of us. Have faith. Don’t worry about anything.
