Most humans go through a battery of tests throughout their lives. Blood tests, x-rays, ultrasounds, endoscopies....
Now when it comes to a spiritual mind check, many do not want to have one. A spiritual mind check answers, how
is my personal relationship with God? Am I growing in my desire to give to the church and other ministries? Am I
teaching my children about sacrificial giving and putting God first? Is there evidence of grace growing in my life?
Am I seeing evidence of the fruit of the spirit in my life? Am I prepared to share the gospel with others? If you can
answer yes, then you do not have a no-test mindset for God, which is good.

Paul wanted to arouse his own people about salvation. He wrote that they (and we) must be changed in how we think.
We must renew our minds to understand God’s will for our lives. Only then will we be able to attest God’s perfect will for us.
