We cannot spend a lot of our good time trying to avoid trials. Instead, make the best of them through endurance. The more maturity, the more trust in God. In fact, James further explains, the one who can trust God, will have arrived at perfection, complete maturity. We must know that we have not yet gotten to that point. But, if we are believers in Christ Jesus, we are in process.

Allow steadfastness to run its course. Let them plot all they want. Tell them that when they dig one ditch, dig one for themselves. When you point one finger, there are three pointing back at you. If there is doubt, always go to the word of God, for it is written!
