Central Passage
Psalm 37:7 NIV
Description

The book of Psalm may be a song or meditation. The Lord hushes the pining’s of His people and calms their minds in their situations. Written by David in his old age, he told us not to become agitated over the earthly prosperity of the wicked when they carry out their schemes. Don’t fret because it only leads to evil. David reminded us about hope in the Lord.

Another of God’s servants, Rev. Jesse Jackson, reminded us
 (
when he ran for president of the United States in his 1988 address to the National Democratic Convention) to keep hope alive! Never stop dreaming. Dream of things as they ought to be. Dream of peace. Dream of the high road with sound values.

You can make it. It gets dark sometimes, but morning comes. Hold on and hold out. Trust in the Lord. Commit your way to the Lord. Keep hope, belief, confidence, faith, and promise alive.
