Job was a great resource regarding human suffering. He lost his wealth, children, support of his wife, health, reputation, and peace of mind all in one day because of God's will for him. God’s plans are too profound for human comprehension. Instead of whining, complaining, and even doubting, Job made a sincere confession to God acknowledging his own limitations and lack of understanding. And he repented for speaking without knowledge or insight.

Let us apply Job's attitude to our own personal lives and circumstances. We must admit that we often speak about matters that we have no knowledge or capacity to fully understand. Without faith, it is impossible to please God.
