God has plans for us; a gracious promise He has for us. When we are granted future hope, this means that it’s not over and God still has purpose for our lives. We must seek Him. Not when we’re desperate, but always. Nothing happens to us without His knowledge or permission. Our deliverance will not take place until after the fulfillment of God’s plan for us. Until then, sometimes we may have to endure trying and difficult times. Even if it seems that God is silent, in the words of Job, "though He slay me, yet will I trust Him."
